- 4 oz Bullet bottles with lids

- Plumber’s tape (?)
- Mineral oil
- Water
- Sequins
- Watercolors
Motley Kids Non-Consumable Supplies
- Hot glue guns
Steps to Make It
- Fill bottle about half to 2/3 with water and add drops of liquid watercolor to get the color you want
- Add some sequins if desired
- Fill the rest of the way with mineral oil
- Seal the bottle with thread tape
- Add hot glue if needed
