[Kids Drop-in Craft] Don’t worry about your fingers…come make a fire-breathing dragon to keep them warm!

We’re going to make little felt dragons to go on fingers
Supplies:
Purchased Supplies:
- Felt
- pre-cut into heart shapes for dragon faces (fat hearts about 2-2.5″ tall and 2.5-3″ wide)
- bring extra for flames or pre-cut flames
- bring extra for ears
- Googly Eyes – Shared DIY
- Fabric markers
- Glue dots
- Bling – shared DIY

- Hot Glue Guns
Steps to Make It
- Cut (if not already done) flames from felt for dragon breath. These should have a fairly narrow base
- Hot glue your flames to the INSIDE side of your dragon’s head, pointing down over the point of the heart.
- Turn the head over and decorate it with googly eyes, sequins, markers, etc
- Roll the head into a cone, leaving a little gap around the flames if needed, and use a craft line or hot glue to hold it shut
- Cut out and attach ears with glue or craft dots if desired
Notes for Setup/Teardown
- Uses glue guns so need power
- Pre-cut dragon heads and flames for maximum streamlining
