A crown made of wire garland, beads, ribbon and tulle
Supplies:
Purchased Supplies:
- Wire garland
- Tulle
- Ribbons
- Beads (use Mardi Gras beads)
Motley Kids Non-Consumable Supplies
- Wire snips
- Scissors
Steps to Make It
- Cut a 3-4 foot piece of the garland
- Cut the string between beads to make a long strand of beads
- Wrap the garland around the beads to make your crown
- Cut some 3-4 foot pieces of narrow ribbon and tulle
- One at a time or in bundles, fold them in half.
- Tuck the loop around the crown and thread the ends through the loop
- Pull the ends tight to secure your train
- If you like, use some ribbon or tulle to decorate the crown.
